OUR FINE ART PRINTS

What can I purchase on Art Print Café?
You can purchase high quality Fine Art reproductions on Canvas, i.e. high definition Art prints from the best digital files available, 100% Made in Italy. Our reproductions are printed on thick professional Fine Art Canvas, using specific pigment inks that guarantee brightness, color depth, durability and an exceptional fidelity to the original artworks. The inks we use are water based, non-toxic and odorless.
The print is then hand-mounted on high quality solid wood stretcher-bars (thickness 4 cm), ready to be hung on your walls.
For an ideal presentation, all of our prints on stretcher-bars have printed borders, i.e. mirrored edges that reflect the parts of the image closest to the edge over the sides of the canvas in a mirror image. You can always see a preview of the mirrored edges in the detail page of each image in Art Print Café.

Will the print be exactly like the one I see on your website with my monitor, laptop, tablet, smartphone?
Art Print Café pays the utmost attention to the quality of our prints and their fidelity to the original artwork. The fine art print you will receive has been printed with state of the art technologies and substrates and we are confident you will love it. However please consider that colors may vary according to the type of device you are using.

Which sizes are available for each print?
By selecting an image within our collection you will enter the relevant detail page, where all available sizes are clearly displayed.

Can I have a custom size of an image?
Unfortunately No. At this moment we are not able to provide other than the standard sizes displayed in the detail page of each item.

Can I send you my images to be printed on canvas?
Unfortunately no. At this moment we only offer print from the collections displayed on the website.

How to clean a canvas print
The inks we use are non-toxic and water-based ones, specifically made for fine art. The print you receive will last years if you clean it gently with a non-abrasive soft cloth or duster, without water or aggressive detergents.

Conservation of your canvas print
Our art prints are made to last, but are only meant for use in interiors. Elevated and constant concentrations of UV rays or humidity may interfere with the stability and durability of your print.

PLACING AN ORDER

How can I buy from Art Print Café?
After a quick registration you will have an account and a cart ready for you to place orders. Should you encounter any issues during the registration process or while placing the order, please contact us at info@artprintcafe.com and we will be happy to help.

Can I view my order after it has been placed?
You will always be able to view your order history into your MY ORDERS section in the website.

Can I add further items to an order that's already been placed?
Unfortunately you can't. In case you wanted to purchase further prints you will need to place a new order. In case the first order was not shipped yet, and you wanted both orders to be shipped together, please type a note in the dedicated field within your new order and we'll do our best to ship them together.

How much are the shipping costs?
Art Print Café applies free shipping within the territory of Italy and most european countries. For shipment to other countries you will need specific quotations. Please e-mail to info@artprintcafe.com.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our orders are usually delivered within 4-5 business days within the territory of Italy. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. We kindly advice to plan your Christmas and Holidays purchases and gifts with a reasonable advance, because shipping may be affected by the huge amount of deliveries shipping carriers usually manage during such periods.

Who will deliver my order?
Art Print Café will ship through an express courier who will deliver your order to the address you indicated. In case you needed to add a note for the delivery, please fill in the relevant space while placing the order.

DAMAGED GOODS & ISSUES

What shall I do if I receive a damaged package from Art Print Café?
If the package you received from us is damaged, or you have any issues with your prints please email us at info@artprintcafe.com asap indicating the order code and take a picture of the damage both on the box and/or the print. If you notice a damaged box during the delivery, please accept the package nevertheless, just adding a note to report the damage onto the courier's shipping documents. This will save you and us useless hassle. If the print is damaged, email us the pictures of the damage. We will promptly confirm the receiving of your claim and will start the free replacement process.

What should I do if I did not receive the print or the size I ordered?
We at Art Print Café put the utmost care to the quality of the prints we ship, but if for any reason you received anything different from what you ordered, please email us at info@artprintcafe.com indicating the code of your order and we'll immediately replace it with the correct items at no cost.


RETURN POLICY

Which is your Return Policy?
We are confident that you will love the quality of our reproductions. In case you changed your mind about your order, please email us at info@artprintcafe.com within 14 business days from the date of purchase and indicate the code of your order. You will need to re-pack the order in the original package or a similar adequate one, and ship it back to us. Please note that the return shipment is at customer's charge and that the prints must be in perfect conditions to be refunded by Art Print Café.

When will I be refunded for my returned order?
Once we receive your order back we will check that goods are in the original new conditions, and will refund your purchase.
